Is my email data safe?

ReachAI reads threads only when you click "Draft reply" — we don't scan your inbox in the background. Thread content is sent to our server to call GPT-4o, then immediately discarded. We never store your email content. You can revoke access at any time from Google's security settings.
Does it work on any browser?

The Chrome extension works on Chrome and any Chromium-based browser (Edge, Brave, Arc). Firefox and Safari are not currently supported — though a Firefox add-on is on the roadmap.
How is this different from using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT requires you to copy your email, paste it in, write a prompt, copy the response back, and paste it into your email. ReachAI does all of that in one click from directly inside Gmail or LinkedIn — with full thread context, no copy-pasting, and a review step before anything sends.
Will LinkedIn detect and ban me for using this?

ReachAI never sends anything without your explicit approval — every draft requires you to click "Send". LinkedIn's terms prohibit automation that acts without user initiation. Since every action requires your click, ReachAI operates within LinkedIn's acceptable use policy. We do not do bulk messaging, auto-connect, or any action without your direct input.
Can I cancel at any time?
