Privacy Policy

FieldProof 360 Pro is a mobile service-reporting application for creating professional field reports, recording work performed, attaching photos, capturing signatures and generating PDF reports.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
FieldProof 360 Pro is designed as an offline-first application. In the current version, the following information is primarily stored locally on your device:
- Customer names and contact details that you enter.
- Service reports and work details.
- Equipment and site information.
- Report photos.
- Materials used.
- Technician and customer signatures.
- Business profile information.
2. Camera and Photo Library
Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to capture or attach images to a service report. FieldProof 360 Pro does not use these permissions for advertising, tracking or unrelated purposes.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
FieldProof 360 Pro uses RevenueCat to help manage subscription status. Purchases and payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. FieldProof 360 Pro does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
4. Accounts and Cloud Storage
No FieldProof 360 Pro account is required in the current version. Cloud synchronization and FieldProof-managed cloud backup are not currently enabled.
5. Data We Do Not Collect for Advertising
FieldProof 360 Pro does not:
- Sell personal information.
- Use advertising SDKs.
- Track your location.
- Access your contacts, SMS messages or call logs.
6. Data Loss and Device Backups
Because report data is stored locally in the current version, uninstalling the app, resetting your device or losing your device may result in loss of locally stored data unless preserved by your device or operating-system backup mechanisms.
7. Third-Party Services
RevenueCat may process subscription and purchase-related information required to determine your subscription entitlement. Apple and Google process purchases according to their own privacy policies and terms.
8. Your Responsibilities
If you enter customer information, photographs or signatures into FieldProof 360 Pro, you are responsible for having the appropriate authority or permission to collect and use that information.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as FieldProof 360 Pro evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
