These Terms of Use govern your use of FieldProof 360 Pro. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose of the App
FieldProof 360 Pro is a productivity and service-reporting tool designed to help users record work performed, attach evidence, capture signatures, generate professional reports and share PDF documents.
2. Your Responsibility for Report Content
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and lawful use of information entered into FieldProof 360 Pro, including customer details, technical findings, photographs, materials, recommendations and signatures.
3. Photos and Signatures
You are responsible for obtaining any permission or consent required before collecting, storing or sharing customer photographs, signatures or other personal information through the app.
4. Professional and Safety Decisions
FieldProof 360 Pro is a reporting tool. It does not provide legal, engineering, medical, electrical, safety or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for their professional judgments, regulatory obligations and safe working practices.
5. Free and Pro Plans
The Free plan currently allows up to three finalized reports per calendar month.
An active Pro subscription provides unlimited report finalization and removes FieldProof 360 Pro branding from generated customer-facing PDFs, together with any additional Pro features described in the app.
6. Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to the rules and timelines of the applicable store.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account. FieldProof 360 Pro also provides a Restore Purchases option where supported.
7. Payments and Refunds
Payments, billing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their applicable store policies.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use FieldProof 360 Pro to:
- Violate applicable law or regulation.
- Misrepresent work that was not performed.
- Create fraudulent or misleading reports.
- Collect or share personal information without appropriate authority.
- Interfere with or attempt to misuse the app or its services.
9. Local Data
FieldProof 360 Pro currently stores report data primarily on your device. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups and protecting access to your device.
10. Availability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that FieldProof 360 Pro will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular workflow or regulatory requirement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FieldProof 360 Pro and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the app, loss of locally stored data, inaccurate report information, business interruption or decisions made based on report content.
12. Changes to the App or Terms
Features, plans and these Terms may change as FieldProof 360 Pro evolves. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised update date.
13. Apple Standard EULA
For downloads made through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required.
